WHY SPORTS MASSAGE?
Sports massage is the manipulation of soft tissues, including muscles, tendons and ligaments, to help reduce pain, tension and assist in the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries. It aids in correcting imbalances in soft tissue caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activity.
Whilst it is often used to help athletes and active sportspeople to perform at their best, it’s also beneficial for those who experience discomfort and tension in their bodies due to everyday stresses.
